The Egg Movie centers around a young woman, Cynthia, who is living a banal life in a society that strictly feeds on hard-boiled eggs. Everyone in town is suppressed by the clutches of their routine, sleep, boil, eggs, repeat. Yet, something in her cracks once she discovers the true nature of the eggs her and her family consume. Through humor, disgust and absurd perspectives The Egg Movie deals with the theme of embracing your authentic and unique self.
