As the concept of FRESH is conceived as a condition of already rotten, I have realized that the Best Before date has nothing to do with referring to how FRESH the food is. The dates on the labels are replaced by the word FRESH to indicate the food is in the best condition before it gets FRESH.

I was inspired by the dead fishes that are tied together in the supermarket. The colors and the vacant eyes connect to the concept of FRESH and emphasize people paying for dead organisms.
